Who Plays Harley Benton
Harley Benton is a niche brand mainly for beginner guitarists. And let’s be honest, ‘Big Name’ artists don’t play them. At least, I don’t know any. Still, I’ve managed to find a few talented guitarists.
Kfir Ochaion an Israeli guitarist who makes great covers on his channel and sometimes uses Harley Benton guitars.
Scott Poley a British artist and composer. He experimented on a concert tour and played the cheapest used Harley Benton ST-20. Scott wanted to prove that to make music, you don’t need expensive equipment.
Kfirs’ cool cover on Guns N’ Roses – Sweet Child O’ Mine:
Scotts’ concert tour video about Harley Benton Strat:
Another one very-very cool cover of Buckethead’s ‘Soothsayer’ played on Harley Benton SC-Custom guitar:
Conclusion
In short, Harley Benton is a super brand for left-handed people. Especially if you are a beginner and want to start playing. However, I don’t like the definition of “beginner,” as real-life beginners have different abilities, demands, and budgets. But that’s the brand’s niche in the market. Harley Benton offers many instruments at low prices.
Yes, they are not the best guitars on Earth. And, like other brands, they have unfortunate models and various flaws. And yes, no guitar for 100-300 bucks sounds better than an original Gibson or Fender. From Harley Benton you’re sure to get the best quality instrument for your money, good sound, and excellent service.
Lets Play! Best for Lefties! See ya:)
