8-String Left-Handed Electric Guitars: From Cheap to Pro

As 7-string guitars, 8-strings are most used in jazz, different metal genres, and experimental music with high-level technique skills.

Left-Handed 8-String Guitars with Common Scale

Structurally, 8-string guitars have an enlarged scale to ensure proper scale and intonation of the lower strings. Usually, the scale for 8-string guitars is between 660 mm/26″ to 711 mm/28″. There are also multiscale instruments, which we will look at next.
